Supervised residential housing services for individuals who have psychiatric disabilities and are involved in the mental health service system. Our program offers case management and community support services that assist the individual by locating safe, affordable housing and developing a plan of care to achieve living independently in the community.
We also coordinate and facilitate referrals among other community service providers as necessary in order to link the individual with needed support. Crisis services and interventions are available.
