Paid Time Off applies to all regular full-time and part-time employees that are contractually scheduled to work at least twenty hours per week. Eligible employees may accrue up to five weeks annually, depending on their position and length of service.
Employees are currently provided 14 paid holidays and a paid day off in the month of their birthday!
Extended Leave benefit applies to all regular full-time and part-time employees that are contractually scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week. The maximum ELB that can be accrued in a year is five days.
Regular full-time employees who are contractually scheduled to work at least thirty hours per week are eligible to enroll in our health insurance, additional life insurance, and disability plans. RNP will provide a life insurance policy for full-time employees at no cost to the employee. Employees may also contribute to an HSA or various FSA plans on a tax-free basis through payroll deductions. Eligibility for full-time employees typically begins on the first day of the month after sixty days of employment. Employees coming on as Directors or above are eligible to enroll on the first day of the month upon hire. Benefits may apply to employees and their dependents/beneficiaries.
RNP offers all employees the opportunity to participate in a 403(b) Plan. Employees can contribute either a percentage amount or a flat dollar amount, if it is a minimum of 2%. All employees can begin contributing after thirty days of continuous employment. Employees are always 100% vested in their 403(b) contributions. RNP may provide a 2% discretionary employer match after a year of service.

Regular full-time employees who are contractually scheduled to work at least thirty hours per week are eligible are eligible for educational and professional development related reimbursement whenever fiscally possible. Tuition assistance is 100% of course fee up to that calendar year’s maximum if employees meet all eligibility requirements.

Licensed Clinical Social Workers , Licensed Professional Counselors, SUD Counselor, Registered Nurses, Physician Assistants, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Nurse Specialists, Health Service Psychologists, , Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Pharmacists who provide quality evidence-based SUD treatment or associated health care services at designated Recovery Network of Programs locations can earn tax-free dollars toward repayment of student loans in exchange for a 2 to 3-year commitment at an NHSC- approved site. Award amounts for participants are based on community need and determined by the designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) score. Full time employees may qualify for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for FULL forgiveness of their federal student loans. In order to qualify for federal student loan forgiveness through the PSLF, borrowers must meet a number of conditions, including 10 years of work in public service and completing 120 qualifying payments. Even if you do not currently have the full 10 years of service, you should still apply for PSLF.
