RNP is committed to providing safe, affordable, supportive housing for individuals who are homeless and individuals who are living with psychiatric and substance use disorders, including individuals living with HIV. RNP operates a continuum of housing options which provide specialized, supportive housing to individuals on a daily basis.
Emergency Shelter
Prospect House – Emergency shelter and a comprehensive case management program which includes on site medical, psychiatric and intensive outpatient services.
Transitional Housing
Iranistan House and Urban Model Initiative – Eighteen to twenty-four month housing stay is provided with intense, supportive case management and/or rehabilitation services.
Permanent, Supportive Housing
HOPWA Scatter-Site Housing and Supervised Apartment Program – Subsidized, permanent housing with wrap-around community case management services.
Residential Treatment – Horizons and New Prospects Residential Treatment Programs – 30-45 day residential, inpatient treatment for individuals with substance dependence and mental health disorders.
Detoxification Treatment
First Step – Medically monitored residential detoxification unit for individuals struggling with addiction.
