Supervised Apartment Program provides residential supervised housing services to individuals who have psychiatric disabilities and are involved in the mental health service system. The program offers case management and community support services that assist and encourage the individual in achieving or regaining the skills necessary to live more independently in the community. Case Managers assist in locating safe, affordable housing and developing a plan of care to achieve independence. They coordinate and facilitate referrals among other community service providers as necessary in order to link the individual with needed support.
Crisis services and interventions are available from staff either on-site or via an on-call system 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
