Each new plan year, RNP contributes 50%-75% towards the medical deductible (dependent on the medical plan chosen) to each employee’s HSA or PFA, who has enrolled in our medical plan. These funds are either accrued monthly or given upfront for the upcoming plan year and are their funds to utilize for health care expenses. Employees may also contribute to the HSA or to an FSA on a tax fee basis through payroll deductions.
