The basic annual PTO allowance is between three to five weeks depending on the employee’s position and length of service. PTO accrual starts upon employment and may be used after three months of service when accrued.
Employees are currently provided 14 paid holidays and a paid day off in the month of their birthday!
Extended Leave benefit applies to all regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees normally scheduled to work at least 24 hours per week.
The maximum ELB that can be accrued in a year is 40 hours. ELB is pro-rated based on scheduled work hours. Accrued ELB time can be rolled over each year.
Full time (30 hours or more) Recovery Network of Programs (RNP) employees are offered a Medical Insurance Plan provided by Cigna. Coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment, provided the employee has enrolled online though the employee portal, Paycom.
Each new plan year, RNP contributes 50%-75% towards the medical deductible (dependent on the medical plan chosen) to each employee’s HSA or PFA, who has enrolled in our medical plan. These funds are either accrued monthly or given upfront for the upcoming plan year and are their funds to utilize for health care expenses. Employees may also contribute to the HSA or to an FSA on a tax fee basis through payroll deductions.
Employees may contribute up to $5,000 tax free dollars into a DCFSA for the 2022 plan year for dependent childcare or elder care expenses.
When an employee enrolls in the medical plans above, he or she will receive prescription drug coverage through ConnectiCare.
Dental coverage is offered through Aetna. There are two plans to choose from. Orthodontia is included in the richer plan; adults and children are eligible for specific services up to a limit.
Vision coverage is offered through Aetna for employees and their dependents.
RNP will provide a life insurance policy for full time employees through Lincoln Financial Group at no cost to the employee. This coverage is equal to one times the employee’s annual base salary rounded to the nearest $1,000 to a maximum of $250,000. When you are age 70 or older, your Basic Life Insurance will reduce by 50%.
Employees may purchase supplemental life insurance through Lincoln for themselves or eligible family members.
RNP offers Long-Term Disability and Short-Term Disability through Lincoln. This type of insurance replaces lost income during a long-term disability or a short-term disability. The cost is the sole responsibility of the employee, should they wish to purchase additional insurance and will be coordinated through bi-weekly payroll deductions.
RNP offers full time employees the opportunity to participate in a 403(b) Plan with TransAmerica. Employee can contribute either a percentage amount or a flat dollar amount. All employees can start contributing after 30 days of continuous employment.
Employees are always 100% vested in their 403(b) contributions.
Recovery Network of Programs may provide a discretionary employer match for full time staff up to 2% annually.
Recovery Network of Programs will provide monies for employees pursuing work related education whenever fiscally possible. Tuition assistance is 100% of course fee up to a maximum of $2,000 per calendar year. Employees must meet certain eligibility requirements.
Recovery Network of Programs provides all employees access to two Employee Assistance Plans (EAPs) through Lincoln for all employees and for Cigna plan participants.

Full time employees may qualify for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for FULL forgiveness of their federal student loans. In order to qualify for federal student loan forgiveness through the PSLF, borrowers must meet a number of conditions, including 10 years of work in public service and completing 120 qualifying payments.
