Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy designed to help people manage intense emotions, reduce self destructive behavior, and improve relationships. We are offering a virtual group for adults 18 and over. In group, individuals will learn skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, coping skills, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
